Robot Control TinyCtrl

Based on a Linux board, an IO board and a small touch display TinyCtrl forms a compact control for 4 and 6 axis robots.



  TinyCtrl controls the Mover and SRA robots instead of a PC with CPRog.

Components: The main component of the control is a Linux board running the robot control software. It is operated using a small touch display. An IO board realizes digital Inpus and Outputs.

Programming: TinyCtrl reads robots programs in CPRog format. To set up these programs CPRog is coupled with TinyCtrl and serves as graphical front end.
Replaying the programs can be done without CPRog afterwards.
  Interfaces: Commands to jog the robot and to handle programs can be send via ethernet.
